CUA, a major Credit Union, approached JSA MassMedia to help with a rebranding project in early 2008. JSA undertook a major review of the previous website, managed workshops with stakeholders, staff and audiences and created a detail strategy that has now been implemented as policy across the entire company.
JSA conducted a full research project to measure the usability of the CUA website with the outcome of the study showing a requirement for a new digital communication strategy containing a website and associated SEO campaign.
