Accor Vacation Club (AVC) with the help of JSA created a new member's e-lounge. AVC is a holiday ownership club based on a loyalty and points system whereby members are able to use a combination of points and money for stays at group venues.
Working with the client JSA created a customizable members website coupled with a client controlled CMS system.
What was required by AVC was an enterprise CMS coupled with a new member’s website to provide an improved user experience, greater functionality and benefits, coupled with an online booking capability for members.
Particular attention was paid to the personalization of the site, corporate image and subsequent communication.
A range of client controlled banners were included in the CMS allowing for addition of location specific information such as weather, currency conversions, imagery, video tours and indexing keys.
Purchases are done by either a points or money based system with the site providing calculators and an e-commerce solution.
